Bonus Dances

RECITAL FINALE

Be one of the FIRST performers on stage for bows joined by dancers ages 7 and up (age as of Sept. 1st, 2025) as we end each recital with our historic Finale! Your dancer will learn choreography that will be seen in addition to our traditional finale choreography performed by Chara Company members.

All dancers will participate in a curtain call; however, if you'd like to be a part of PERFORMING in Finale, sign-up to join to fun! It's the same finale you love, just leveled up.

ENROLLMENT: Deadline to enroll is April 6th. To participate, dancers should sign up via the link below. When filling out the form, select all of the recitals you would like to perform in. By this date you will know which recitals you are already performing in.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be enrolled in a Graded Level class. Must perform in a minimum of TWO Finales (dancers do not have to have other dances in both recitals, they would only need to perform Finale).

COST: $39 per dancer (regardless of the number of Recital Finales they perform in). Due upon enrollment.

REHEARSAL ATTIRE:

Girls: Leotard, leggings, jazz or ballet shoes, hair in bun.

Boys: T-shirt, black pants, white or black tennis shoes or jazz shoes.

PERFORMANCE ATTIRE: Dancers will all wear their final costume of the recital (no quick changes required! 😉)

RECITAL INFORMATION: You are able to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of your recital. There will be an announcement in the dressing room about 20 minutes before show start time that if you are a finale participant to come to the stage so we can set the formation for that recital. We will set our formation, practice entrances and exits and then you will be dismissed to go finish getting ready for your first dance. When the time comes in the show, we will grab our finale participants and get them lined up backstage. After the studio portion of finale concludes, dancers will be put back with their classes to line up to take bows at the end of the show.

FINALE DRESS REHEARSAL

Rehearsal Location: FRIENDSWOOD JUNIOR HIGH- 1000 Manison Pkwy, Friendswood, TX 77546

We will be holding Finale rehearsal at 7:00pm on both days of Dress Rehearsal. It is mandatory that you attend this rehearsal for the day that you are at Dress Rehearsal. You do not need to attend rehearsal on both days.

The Recital Father/Daughter Dance is optional but encouraged for dancers and their Dads to participate in. It is a memory they will always share together. We like to refer to it as the "prequel to their wedding dance."

ENROLLMENT: Start enrolling January 3rd, space is limited. Deadline to enroll is April 6th. To participate, dancers should sign up through the member portal via the link below or at the front desk. There is only ONE rehearsal this year so simply enroll based on the recital you would like to dance in. If you are in multiple recitals, you have the option of choosing which one to dance in based on availability.

REQUIREMENTS: Dancers must be 3 years old by Sept. 1st, 2025, to participate. Dancers and their Dad must be able to attend the Rehearsal in order to participate. This will help the pair feel confident the day of the show.
